Through yoga, I’ll help you improve your mobility, flexibility, breath control, build resilience, and prevent injuries, so you can keep rolling without the snapping and cracking.

A bit about me
Why Yoga and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu?
As a child, I practised Judo and by 14, I joined the National Judo Team of Romania. Training alongside Olympic athletes, my dream was too of making it to the Olympics myself.
However, although young, my body started feeling the wear and tear of Judo. Unfortunately, after struggling with back issues and constant pain, I had to step away from the sport completely.
Fast forward to 2022, I found Martial Arts again, and started training in MMA, BJJ, and a bit of Wrestling. But it was BJJ that instantly hooked me.
I was surprised by how closely BJJ and Yoga complement each other, and looking back on my Judo days, I realised many of those injuries could’ve been avoided with the right approach to mobility and self-care.
Now, at nearly 30, I feel better than I did in my teenage years because of yoga.
That's why I’m passionate about helping jiu-jitsu athletes improve their performance and stay on the mats forever. Through the power of Yoga!
